1. What is your refund policy?
Full refunds will not be processed. Partial refunds can be processed. The hotel room portion of the package can be refunded until April 2026. In the event that you are unable to attend, registrations with payments made in full may be transferred to another registrant; the HOC must be notified of and approve any such changes. Please email hello@ascensionrotaract.com and ascenconrotaract@gmail.com to notify us of any registration changes.
2. Why is registration so expensive?
Please keep in mind that current registration packages include the 2-night hotel stay and most meals for the weekend.
The AscenCon team has tried to keep costs low, but one of our major critiques from the first event was the lack of food. We are aiming to do better this year.
3. I need a visa. What do I do?
Please contact ascenconrotaract@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can help you with this process.
4. Are you looking for sponsorships?
YES! If you are interested in sponsoring part of our event, please reach out! We have different sponsorship opportunities that focus on supporting events like our breakout sessions, keynote presentations, and coffee breaks.
