WHO WE ARE
Our mission as Ascension Rotaract is to provide a support network for the Rotary family in order to effectively connect Rotaract and Rotary partners within our region. We work to foster the exchange of innovative ideas, empower leaders at all levels, and promote service above self in all activities across our clubs, districts, country, and the world to empower and elevate Rotaract.
Ascension Rotaract Network MDIO serves all Rotaractors and Rotary partners in clubs and districts in the eastern United States and Caribbean within Zones 28 through 34.
MENTORSHIP
To create meaningful opportunities for you, your clubs, and Rotarians to
be connected and engaged in a mentorship relationship. In doing so, we will be able to help strengthen this partnership while also providing much-needed career and professional guidance to you and your members while
building lasting relationships.
CONNECTION
To create a network of Rotaractors and Rotary partners who collaborate
virtually and in-person in the areas of service, professional development,
leadership training, and fellowship. In doing so, we will create a strong
and sustainable infrastructure and support network for Rotaractors and
Rotarians to utilize.
EDUCATION
To provide you with the necessary educational materials and training regarding membership, public image, and sustainable service project development to share with your clubs and districts. In doing so, Rotaractors and Rotary partners will possess a greater understanding of Rotaract ideas, strategies, and opportunities.

ABOUT US
Founding Ascension
Have you ever had that moment where you feel empowered because you are part of something larger than yourself? We had that moment as Rotaractors. We were proud to be part of an organization that can make global, sustainable change. It's this joy and fulfillment that prompted us to look beyond ourselves and ask the tough question. "Why are there not more Rotaractors having this moment of connection?" As we explored answers to this question, one common theme surfaced- we both have had incredible Rotary mentors. We have experienced professionals who invested in us personally as professionals, philanthropists, and most importantly, as human beings. As a result, we came to think of Rotary and Rotaract as a family, an extended network of friends believing in and cheering for us in every aspect of life. These relationships had a profound impact on us, and we wanted to create an environment in order to share and create these same opportunities with other Rotaractors. We hope that this environment of mentorship, connection, and education can foster opportunities so that ordinary human beings like us could have their moment of empowerment. It is through these moments of individual change and growth that true progress, partnership, and creativity flourish for the good of Rotaract and the good of Rotary as a whole. From these ideals, Ascension Rotaract Network MDIO was born.
